How long does it take to get an answer on ICP results?

Your results are delivered automatically after lab analysis. We usually reply to questions about them within 1–2 business days — for complex cases we consult the lab first and follow up once we have solid answers.

Can I show my tank via video or photo?

Yes — attachments up to 20 MB are fine. For longer videos please use a cloud link (WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox). We'll watch and reply with concrete advice.

Does TRITON offer phone support?

No — and it's deliberate. Reef keeping is complex, numbers and values matter. Written answers can be saved, reread and shared. Phone calls disappear the moment you hang up.

What languages does the team answer in?

German, English and Portuguese are handled directly by our team. Other languages are routed to the appropriate regional contact — expect a day of extra lead time.

Can I schedule a visit to a lab?

Our labs are working labs, not showrooms. For visits, interviews or tours, please email press@triton.de or research@triton.de — we review requests individually.
