TRITON CYA-NO is a reef-safe cyanobacteria inhibitor that works by shifting environmental conditions — promoting beneficial organisms that compete with cyano. It contains no antibiotics or heavy metals. For best results, pair with a TRITON N-DOC test to understand your tank's N:C:P ratio before treatment. If cyanobacteria increase after 4 days of treatment, stop dosing — your specific variety may not respond to this product.
RTN is a fast-spreading bacterial infection that can destroy coral tissue within hours. TRITON RTN-X creates an in-tank environment that shocks the attacking bacteria while providing elements that fortify the affected coral — the treatment works inside your aquarium. RTN-X is not effective against parasitic infections. Always address the underlying stressors causing the outbreak.
Every TRITON treatment is formulated without antibiotics and without heavy metals. TRITON DETOX, TRITON CYA-NO, TRITON RTN-X, and TRITON STN-X are all reef-safe — tested and developed by TRITON's science team. Filtration media (TRITON Carbon, TRITON AL99, TRITON DI Resin) are lab-tested at TRITON Labs to ensure they are free from contaminants and unknown elements.
TRITON recommends replacing activated carbon every 4-6 weeks. Use 100ml of TRITON Carbon per 100L of aquarium water. Always rinse thoroughly with RODI water before use — fine carbon dust can irritate coral polyps. Place in a reactor with flow slow enough to prevent tumbling.
TRITON AL99 is an aluminium-based phosphate remover with over 99% purity. It also removes barium and silicate. Dose 50ml per 100L (up to 100ml for high phosphate levels), replace every 4 weeks. Rinse thoroughly with RODI water until fizzing stops before use. If ICP-OES shows rising aluminium levels, alternate with a GFO-based media.
